• question about Scholarship application

• Dear Madam/Sir, How are you? I am a Chinese student, cadidate of PhD program in the field of International Cooperation in Yonsei University,GSIS. Passing one Korean language test is one requirement of getting the degree. I got the sholarship on Yonsei for 2 semesters.However, since this year, the sholarship program was cancelled.I have to find another scholarship otherwise I could not continue my study anymore. Therefore, I am wondering wether it is possible to apply for any sholarship program supported by your foundation? If I can what kind of materials I need to prepare?
