- Program Objective
- The Korea Foundation, under its commitment to support education, research and other activities to deepen understanding of Korea around the world, distributes various publications in Korean and foreign languages and multimedia materials to schools, public libraries, research institutes and cultural and arts facilities overseas.
- Eligible Applicants
- Universities and colleges overseas, public libraries, research institutes, museums and other institutions related with culture and arts (Individuals are not eligible)
- Materials Available
- 1. Applicants need to apply with the materials they select from the List of Korean Studies Materials or the List of Basic Materials on Korea.
2. Applicants may apply for the support with materials that do not appear on the lists provided they include proper bibliographical information on them (including Korean language learning textbooks).
* ‘Resources for Korean Studies & Introductory Materials on Korea: A Selected Bibliography’ These annual listings are compiled and distributed to program participants by June of each year. - Scope of Support
- Support with materials rather than cash within the extent of KRW 2 million per organization
Postage is paid by the Foundation.
(Support materials will be shipped by sea or, for destinations where the maritime service is not available, by air.) - Time of Shipment
- March, June, September and November (4 times a year)
- Application Procedure
- 1. Fill in the application form provided by the foundation along with a list of chosen materials, and send them to the foundation via e-mail or post.
※ Each application should be submitted by, and carry the name of, the head of the applying organization.

4. Number of Times Eligible for Application: Twice a Year
