  • Can I take photographs at the ASEAN Culture House?answer
    Visitors may take photographs of general events and exhibitions of the ASEAN Culture House. However, some events, including performances and film festivals, are restricted from taking photographs, recording, and shooting videos without prior arrangements. For taking photographs of exhibitions, please make sure to turn off the flash on your camera and tripods are restricted from use inside the exhibition gallery.
  • Can I receive a Viewing Confirmation of an exhibition?answer
    The ASEAN Culture House issues "Exhibition Viewing Certificates" to visitors upon request. For issuance of the certificate, please consult the Info Desk on the 1st floor after viewing an exhibition.
  • Are there parking spaces for visitors?answer
    The parking lot at B1 is available for visitors of ASEAN Culture House and Asella Coffee. Parking lot users are required to submit a parking permit. Vehicles that entered the parking lot can leave after submission of a parking permit. (Payment in cash or credit card not acceptable.)
    Visitors may claim their 2-hour parking permits at the Info Desk (1F) or Asella Coffee (B1). Parking lots are available for a maximum of 2 hours per vehicle, from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and from 10 AM to 7 PM on weekends.
  • Is there an admission fee to the ASEAN Culture House?answer
    The ASEAN Culture House does not have an admission fee. Visitors may watch exhibitions and use the library at no cost. For special situations like the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we operate an online reservation system for visitations through our website.
