We organize colorful exhibitions, performances, festivals, and movie screening of ASEAN to provide our people a better understanding of the ASEAN culture.

• Exhibitions: Exhibitions that convey the history, culture, and the lifestyles of ASEAN member countries are open all year round. The Permanent Exhibition Gallery presents cultural and symbolic items of the ten ASEAN member states donated by the respective countries. The VR Zone also features digital contents that provide visitors with more vivid experience of the ASEAN cultural heritages. The Special Exhibition Gallery showcases four unique exhibitions per year introducing ASEAN culture.
• Performances: We introduce various genres of performances that embrace the traditional and contemporary arts of ASEAN including music, dances, theater, circus, and mime. The performances are also available through the ASEAN Culture House YouTube channel(https://www.youtube.com/ASEANCultureHouse). Enjoy the online performances from wherever you are.
• Movies: We screen a broad selection of ASEAN movies that are not easily accessible in our daily lives. The most trending movies, animations, children movies, and short movies are offered by nation and theme in cooperation with ASEAN embassies in Korea, local and overseas film festivals, and related organizations. Feel the society, culture, and lifestyles of the ten ASEAN member countries through interesting films.
• Events: We offer a comprehensive cultural event which visitors can feel and experience the diverse cultures of the ten ASEAN member countries. This serves as a platform where our people and the nationals of ASEAN member countries can get together and share relatable stories.

We promote the understanding of ASEAN through in-depth academic programs, including cultural experience, language course, cooking class, job exploration for adolescents, and multiculturalism.

• Easy Access Series: The Easy Access Series supports easy and fun learning of ASEAN society and culture. We offer handicraft programs for children, cooking class and cultural courses for adults, tailored to the interest of participants.
• Language Course: To provide our people with opportunities to learn the language of ASEAN member countries, we signed an MOU with Busan University of Foreign Studies in 2018 for the operation of ASEAN language courses.
• Cooking Club: Cooking instructors from ASEAN countries lead cooking classes of their authentic dishes, offering participants to familiarize themselves with ASEAN culture and build networks among each other.

• Future Leader Program: This program for adolescents is conducted in Korea and ASEAN member countries, offering ASEAN introduction courses, ASEAN home visitations, art workshops, and more, intending to deepen the understanding of ASEAN culture and promote a sense of community for the cultivation of future leaders bridging Korea with ASEAN.
• Hallyu Fan Invitation Program: Hallyu fans from ASEAN member countries are invited to take K-pop dance training, try Korean food, meet with entertainment officials, visit broadcasting networks, and other programs that promote in-depth understanding of Korean culture.
• ASEAN-Korea Futurist (AKF): This international exchange program for youths participated by undergraduate and graduate students of Korean and ASEAN universities intends to form human networks and realize public diplomacy through cultural activities. Undergraduate and graduate students from universities based in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do as well as ASEAN member countries conduct ASEAN-related missions during the program for eight months.
