Thailand’s version of fish cake is a popular street foodknown as tod mun pla. Tod mun pla is basically a fishpatty made by blending or kneading fish meat togetherwith sugar, salt, eggs, curry paste, green onions, fishsauce and Kaffir lime leaves. It is one of the mostpopular foods on the streets of Thailand and is alsoenjoyed with alcohol.
