The 2015 MIKTA Young Professional Camp, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea and organized by the KF, was conducted in Seoul and Jeonju on July 6-11. Implemented as a follow-up initiative of the fifth MIKTA Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (May 22, 2015), the camp program was attended by 54 participants, including a specialist (a faculty member) on middle-power diplomacy and ten graduate students (fellows) from each member country of MIKTA―Mexico, Indonesia, Korea, Turkey, and Australia. The program provided a timely opportunity for the next-generation leaders of MIKTA to share their knowledge, exchange creative ideas on the constructive role of MIKTA in the global community, and develop personal friendships.
