KOREA FOUNDATION

The KF Gallery’s first event of 2016 will be an exchange photo exhibition between Korea and Hungary. The exhibition will feature the work of Korea’s Kim Jin-seok and Hungary’s Gergely Szatmari, who toured and photographed each other’s hometowns in April and May 2015, a rediscovery of the two cities through an outsider’s perspective. Viewers are sure to discover surprising similarities among the images of daily life captured in two different cities, and thus better understand an unfamiliar place. The gallery’s New Year exhibition will feature a complementary program on January 22, and all are invited.
