‘Korean Contemporary Short Stories’ to Be Published in Indonesian
Lee Young-hoon’s “Setiap Orang Mencintai Girls’ Generation”

The KF will publish Korean Contemporary Short Stories in Indonesian. The book contains 14 works that were selected from more than 30 pieces that had been introduced through the Indonesian version of Koreana, the culture and arts quarterly magazine published by the KF. Selected short stories include Park Wan-suh’s “That Boy’s House” and Lee Young-hoon’s “Everyone Loves Girls’ Generation.”
According to a list of translated works compiled by the Literature Translation Institute of Korea, this is the first publication of a collection of modern Korean short stories translated into Indonesian.
This unprecedented anthology of fictional works is expected to offer Indonesian readers not only access to Korean literature but also a chance to learn and experience the contemporary culture of Korea.
