Easy Access Cambodia

In April, the ASEAN Culture House (ACH) will offer the “Easy Access Cambodia” program in conjuntion with the ACH Lecture Series “Useful and Mysterious ASEAN.” The program will provide the public with an opportunity to learn more about Cambodian culture and history thanks to the active participation of guests from Cambodia, experts on the country, and the Cambodian Embassy in Korea. The program will include lectures, a cooking event to experience Cambodian cuisine, a basic introduction to the Khmer language, and a screening of a Cambodian film.

The ASEAN Culture House (ACH) is currently recruiting participants for the second group of the ASEAN-Korean Futurist (AKF) program. Established with the aim to promote exchanges between Korean and ASEAN students studying at universities in Korea, the AKF provides participants with opportunities to experience and better understand each other’s culture by participating in individual and team missions as well as ACH projects.

·Eligibility: Korean and ASEAN students studying at universities in Busan and Gyeongsangnam Province.

In April, the ASEAN Culture House (ACH) will hold a photo contest in conjunction with its Special Exhibition “ASEAN People, ASEAN Lives.” Koreans, foreign residents and exchange students are invited to submit photos under the theme “Communication, Sharing, and Exchange between Korea and the World.” The winning works will be displayed at the Special Exhibition Gallery on the first floor of the ACH.
