The KF is providing assistance for the Mother-of-Pearl Lacquerware from Korea exhibition at the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco. Of note, this event, the first of its kind in the United States, is part of the commemorative activities to celebrate the museum’s 50th anniversary. The exhibition features 25 works of mother-of-pearl lacquerware from the museum’s permanent collection and items borrowed from various museums in the United States.
