Hosted by the Korea Foundation and organized by the International Association for Korean Language Education (IAKLE), the Workshop for European Educators of the Korean Language was held at Ankara University in Ankara, Turkey, on December 8–9.
  The workshop was attended by 35 professors and instructors of Korean language and literature from fourteen universities and institutions across Turkey, Poland, Bulgaria, and other Eastern European countries. The participants enhanced their teaching skills and discussed curriculum development, delivering presentations and exchanging views on the future of the discipline.
