Only The Young: Experimental Art in Korea, 1960s–1970s at Hammer Museum

With partial support provided by the Korea Foundation, the West Coast premiere of Only The Young: Experimental Art in Korea, 1960s–1970s, will be on view from February 11 to May 12 at the Hammer Museum, following the successful presentation at the Guggenheim Museum in New York. This exhibition gives unprecedented insight into a vibrant moment after the Korean War when Korean artists rebelled against artistic limits, embracing bold and provocative practices. For three months, visitors will be able to explore the exhibition, deemed a "must-see" by Artnet and hailed as "unforgettable" by The New York Times.
