KF Korea Workshop and Theme Trips for International Residents The KF will conduct a KF Korea Workshop for international residents in Korea on October 7–8. The KF Center will also arrange for a theme-trip experience, in cooperation with the Suwon Center for International Cooperation, on October 21–22. The KF Korea Workshop theme is “Thinking of Unification at the Site of Division,” and the event aims to raise awareness about the unification process among Korean and international students. There will be briefings by security specialists, a roundtable discussion, a DMZ tour, and other activities. Plans for the theme trip call for a group of 40 international residents from Seoul and Suwon to embark on a journey on October 21–22, so that the participants can explore aspects of the colorful history and culture of the Suwon region. Participants can make new friends and gain firsthand knowledge of Korea.
