The KF will invite to Korea a group of 15 prominent figures representing 12 countries in the fields of culture, arts, and sports on March 5–11. The group, which includes the managing director (CEO) of Asia Society Switzerland and the president of Raudaki Cultural and Art Foundation, Iran, will visit major cultural organizations in Korea and meet with Korean cultural leaders to discuss ways of enhancing cultural cooperation between Korea and their respective countries. Invitees will focus on learning about the history and current state of Korea’s cultural development, making visits to cultural heritages and sites where the fourth industrial revolution is taking place. The group’s visit is expected to accelerate cultural exchanges between Korea and the participants’ countries by promoting participants’ understanding of Korea’s economic development and culture.
