Overview

The KF ASEAN Culture House opened in 2017 in Haeundae-gu, Busan, and serves as a cultural platform of empathy and partnership connecting Korea and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). It introduces the diverse histories, societies, and cultures of the 11 ASEAN member countries.

Through permanent exhibitions as well as thematic and country-focused special exhibitions, and by offering a wide range of lectures and cultural experience programs, the KF-ACH provides opportunities to enhance mutual understanding between the Korean public and ASEAN nationals residing in Korea. In addition, by promoting various people-to-people exchanges such as through Korea-ASEAN academic and educational programs, the KF-ACH aims to serve as a venue for communication and exchange between the people of Korea and the ASEAN region.
