KF to Host Distinguished Guests in Arts and Culture
From June 25 to July 1, four international cultural and artistic leaders will visit Korea as part of the KF's Invitation Program for Distinguished Guests in Arts and Culture.
The four are Sello Hatang, Chief Executive Officer of the Nelson Mandela Foundation; David Reeves, Director of Collections and Research of the Auckland War Memorial Museum; Tubagus Sukmana, Director-General of the Films, Music, and Media Affairs Department of the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology; and Alexander L. Nyerges, Chief Operating Officer of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
While visiting major cultural and artistic destinations, the visitors will experience Korea’s traditional culture and multifaceted contemporary trends in order to gain a broad understanding of the country’s arts and culture.
Through the invitation program, the KF will continue to assist distinguished international leaders in their appreciation of Korean arts and culture, and further promote exchange in the field.
