The KF is glad to present to you a video by well-known Bulgarian “cheftainer” Michael Ashminov who regularly introduces traditional Bulgarian food to the Korean public. “Bulgarian Home Cooking Introduced by Chef Michael”, is released in conjunction with the KF Gallery’s current exhibition, “The Letters of Bulgaria – Alphabet of Europe”, which commemorates the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Korea and Bulgaria.

In our video, Chef Michael introduces ingredients and recipes to help you create Bulgarian homemade dishes by yourself. From “Tarator Soup,” a cold yogurt soup that’s perfect for summertime, and “Shopska Salad,” made with cheese and vegetables, to delicious meat and rice dishes, there is sure to be a dish that’ll be to your liking.
