From September 8 through 12, the KF participated in the Seoul International Book Fair 2021 in celebration of Reading Month in September.
The KF has participated in the book fair, which is organized by the Korean Publishers Association, since 2008. Taking place at S-Factory in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, this year’s fair was held under the theme of “Punctuation,” communicating with readers and seeking ways to return to ordinary daily life after a pause imposed by the pandemic.
Setting up a promotional booth on the second floor of Section D, the KF introduced its publications and issued reading passports and reading tickets as part of various events on the theme of “The KF Supports Your Book Travel!” Through the booth, the autumn issue of Koreana, the KF’s quarterly art and culture magazine, was introduced to the public for the first time since its redesign on the occasion of the KF’s 30th anniversary.
