Koreana, a full-color quarterly magazine published by the Foundation, received an award of excellence on the occasion of Magazine Day on November 1. The minister of culture and tourism bestowed the honor on the country's top ten magazines at an annual ceremony co-organized by the ministry and the Korean Magazine Association.

Established in 1987, Koreana reaches readers in more than 160 countries throughout the world. Topics covered relate primarily to Korea's traditional culture and contemporary arts scene and are intended to help non-Koreans better understand Korean society. The Foundation would like to take this opportunity to thank all our readers for their support.
