Koreana (www.koreana.or.kr) Launches Free E-Book Service
The Korea Foundation has revamped its Koreana website <www.koreana.or.kr> in an effort to provide a more user-friendly and interactive format for Internet readers worldwide.
Along with a crisp style, the website also offers a free e-book service, which allows viewers to read through the pages like a regular magazine. Previously, each article could be viewed in pdf file format; however, viewers are now able to read the entire magazine, with accompanying photos, in their preferred language: English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Japanese, Russian, Arabic, or German.
Just click the cover page image on the main webpage to open the e-book, which enables you to flip through the magazine pages. The launch of this feature marks a milestone in the Foundation’s efforts to provide more convenient access to our print content to readers around the world.
? Koreana is a quarterly journal on Korea’s traditional and contemporary culture and arts that has been published by the Korea Foundation since 1987.
