In May, the KF will sponsor Powerful Rhythm of Korea-Spin, Jump, Fly!, a performance that combines Korean traditional music and b-boying, in Athens and Thessaloniki. The Gwangdae, a Korean traditional arts troupe, and Jinjo Crew, a Korean b-boying team that has topped the world’s five largest b-boying competitions, will share the stage in a rare endeavor to offer a taste of Korean traditional and modern entertainment to a Greek audience that has relatively limited access to Korean culture and arts. The KF hopes the upcoming performances will enhance friendship between the two countries by expanding the presence of Hallyu (Korean Wave) in Greece.
