Transmorphed Realities: The Abdication of the Visual Realm
On September 6–28, an exhibition of new media art from Spain, titled Transmorphed Realities: The Abdication of the Visual Realm, will be held at the KF Gallery. Co-hosted by the KF and the Spanish embassy in Seoul, the exhibition will feature the interactive media works of seven Spanish artists.
“The reality in which we currently live is constantly changing and being born anew. This exhibition will be a chance to observe the anxiety and sense of isolation felt by the contemporary human, who leads a passive and consumer-driven existence,” said Iury Lech, the exhibition’s curator.
By viewing and interacting with the media works on display, visitors will be inspired to reflect on the conditions of today’s current reality.
