The Shape of Time: Korean Art after 1989 Exhibition

From October 21 to February 11, 2024, the Philadelphia Museum of Art will hold an exhibition titled The Shape of Time: Korean Art after 1989 with the KF’s support.

The exhibition will feature works spanning multiple genres that observe and interpret the dynamic sociocultural changes of Korea since 1989. Dividing the works into five thematic categories of conformity, displacement, gender and sexuality, coexistence, and dissonance, the exhibition will introduce 28 Korean contemporary artists, including Ham Kyungah, Do Ho Suh, and Shin Meekyoung.
