2021 Korean Fine Arts & Public Diplomacy Videos to Be Uploaded Online

The video series “Korean Fine Arts & Public Diplomacy,” featuring interviews with experts on the international publicity of Korean art, will be made available on the KF’s YouTube channel and the 4th Public Diplomacy Week website.

The featured experts are Professor Sunglim Kim of Dartmouth University and Dr. Sooa Im McCormick of the Cleveland Museum of Art.
Dr. Kim is active both as a professor of Korean art, history, and culture and as a planner of Korean art exhibitions, symposiums, and workshops; Dr. Im McCormick is the curator of Korean art at the Cleveland Museum of Art.

The two experts will talk about how they came to promote Korean art overseas, share stories about introducing this art to audiences abroad, and deliver vivid accounts of the global interest in and zeal for Korean art. The interviews will be available to watch on the KF’s YouTube channel: youtube.com/TheKoreaFoundation.
