This book is based on online counseling resources provided via China’s popular platform Ningmengxinli.com, through which over 5 million people have sought psychological advice. It shares how people can avoid hurting those they care about by choosing to express their feelings in a positive way. I deeply sympathized with the points the book raises: that negative emotions are completely natural and that the way in which we channel these feelings is our choice.
